From earth and art spring forth fruits
to nourish body and soul
The farm produces seasonal fruit and vegetables throughout the entire agricultural year: in spring and summer the trees produce mulberries, medlars, various species of plum, apricots, peaches, pears, apples, strawberry tree fruit, almonds and figs; in autumn and winter, persimmons and citrus fruits. In summer, the garden produces bell peppers, eggplants and various species of zucchini; in autumn, winter and spring, asparagus and self-sown vegetables such as borage, swiss chard, Mediterranean cabbage and wild spring onion.

All our produce is available in-house.
Our olives are picked in autumn to produce oil. There is also a small vineyard dedicated to producing wine for our own consumption. The birds of paradise ower in spring and autumn.
